I also preferred the old TR. The site was very helpful for me when I started out and Jim was very helpful on the phone.

I've been to TR maybe 3 times and that was because someone gave me a link. You want to know what a tobacco tastes like? Buy it and try it. :bang:

I think it’s great. I like to see how many words people can use and how eloquently they can use them. Just kidding I’m not a fan of TR. I just hang around this place I seem to get better intel. Less garnish and a more meat and potatoes take on tobaccos.

Amigo, I couldn't agree with you more. Language is a river containing so many currents and rivulets, that to reduce oneself to just the tiniest stream, the pithy phrase, the thinnest of gruel---you deny a thirsty man a goblet.
