The best brisket I ever had was here in upstate NY at a church picnic. The preacher who smoked it was from... Texas!
My goodness it was good. I hated to brush my teeth after.
Well, if the election doesn't go your way we can make room for one more.
We don't have high hopes.

A lot of that going on. A bunch of refugees have run up the real estate around here. Thing is that if they move here they know what they believe in.

This story would have more oomph if a dentist told it.

You'd be a dentist if you had more oomph.

While I enjoy the benefits of oral hygiene, I am getting old and these are the last teeth I am ever going to have, I will never be a dentist. That ship sailed years ago. It isn't an oomph factor, it is an opportunity factor.

I will never smoke meat, either. This is why I am not a pit boss. I don't have the oomph.

I've never had bad BBQ in Texas. When I lived on the road I made it a point to not eat from chain joints. I am however a dry rub kinda fella, sauce gets everywhere.

That is correct . . . I have not eaten red meat for near 18 years. Lost my taste for it after heart surgery along with coffee.
