Ok, how about this?

Have you guys seen the bodies that come out of the PEAT bogs in Europe? Something about the tanic acid in the water preserved them. Archeologists/Historians/Scientists believe most of the bodies were ritual sacrifices from hundreds of years ago. Fascinating stuff.

Any better?
Humph. Do they make pipes out of the bog mummies?

Actually, on a PEAT related note, pipes are made of bog wood (aka morta). It’s wood fossilized in the peat bogs.

I guess I haven’t gotten the hang of this thread detailing just yet. I promise to keep trying.

I sent my new 301 to Briarville for stem replacement. Should be here in the next coupla days.

Vermont Freehand and Rawkrafted no longer have any p-lip. I did find a few perspex stems in the vintage section at Rawkrafted though
