Happy All Hallows' Eve. I'm enjoying a quick late night bowl of Rum Flake in the wee Medico dublin on the chilly porch with a warm cuppa decaf Bustelo.
Wishing everyone (and their dearly departed) a most pleasant time of memories and reflection.

Unwinding part of an estate and making arrangements is unavoidable and just adds more burden to the grieving process. Firsts my dad went and that was ironed out and then my mom went in fairly short order. That took even more ironing. Still dealing with with it all and I feel for you. The process is just that, emotionally and then stack-on the red-tape. I am sorry for anyone who goes through it. Time will blunt the effects. God Speed and praying for you.MikeDennison wrote: ↑Mon Oct 30, 2023 7:13 pm Spent the day with Mum taking care of business for Dad, talking to the funeral director, and planning Dad's memorial service with the family. I feel like I've been hit by a truck.
