Oh yeah man, I saw that. I don’t know whats going but Smokingpipes is getting really overpriced with everything.

I understand that inflation effects this, but who in their mind is spending that on a clay?

Mine is a vulcanite stem jobber. So as long as you don't grab it by the bowl, you're good. It's a mistake you really only make once

I have 3 or 4 German clays with Vulcanite stems. They are superior smokers to the all-clay pipes. I have several double-walled porcelain Zenith pipes that are even better. But none come close to briar or cob.

Ron, can you tell us more about these porcelain pipes? I am intrigued.
