Ok, I made the base casing, equal sugar and water by weight and apple cider vinegar, then a teaspoon of Vanilla and 2 teaspoons of Anus extract. That sticky mess will sit overnight in the fridge in a baggie then I’ll pull it out, spread on a cookie sheet and dry it.
The next try will be all that with a topping made from Jaugermeister. (Not spelled correctly )

Once the mixture is dry, how will you apply it to the tobacco?

My guess is he's spraying it on the tobacco then putting it in the fridge.

What are you looking for aroma wise?

Anise doesn't really smell like black licorice tastes. You'll have to add something else.

It might be as easy as Sambuca? Just burn off the alcohol.
