A pressing tube

I popped open the press I had with odds and ends in it today, here’s what it looked like

I beat it out of the tube with the bar I used to push the hockey puck down with

It’s like a crumble cake now! If I had this set up in metal tubing I could stove it under pressure and make it a plug. I’ll take half of it and stove in a jar to see if it tastes better or worse.

This is about the process more than a blend right now, I have pressed for 2-3 weeks before but this about 5 weeks. I don’t really see much difference in the extra time under pressure.

I like that you made it yourself and it works great! Nice job. I don’t think an odds n ends blend would taste good at all though

It smokes really well but flat on a flavor, I’ll smoke it up while doing things. There is some Latika in it so it has a little flavored smoke to it.
