Tuff question for me . For a budget , a mostly black cavendish bulk from sutliff or a bag of a SP or SV . Non budget is difficult too . Either a Wessex , MB or Dan product ... each has favorites of mine

Budget? Super-Value by the pound. Hands down. Sold.
Non-Budget? Piretti No Name, of course.
I also like that black rope XXX. Man, I have not had that in a long time. It was like smoking a beefsteak in the bowl. That tobacco was an A-1 smoke.
Thanks for getting me thinking. It came in a rectangular tin. Was that Galwaith? I don't know.

My favorite budget tobacco has to be Grand Croupier. I order more Jack Pot than anything, and half the time I can’t tell it apart from my other favorite budget in the GC line, Double Down. Both sell at 17.12 clams as of this morning.
My favorite non-budget would probably be Epiphany, weighing in at $49.32 for a pound.

Favorite Budget Tobacco- LC Vanilla
Favorite Non-Budget Tobacco- This one is hard for me, because I've not had a lot of fancy tobacco that I've actually liked. But off the top I'd say Peretti Thanksgiving Blend.

My favorite budget tobaccos are Low Country: Natural Virginia & Burley and Grand Croupier: Double Down.
Favorite (right now anyway) is Gawith Hoggarth & Co.: Kendal Kentucky. Picayune gets an honorable mention since it is NLA.

I would say Non-Budget is LJ Peretti’s for me. Everyone knows I am a huge fan. And their blends are around $5 an ounce. So that is equivalent to GH blendd.
For Budget, anything less than LJ Peretti, usually C&D Bulk is my choice. But also I think C&D/GL Pease Tins are still a good deal, on sale of course.
I always try to make a purchase when items are on sale. Usually C&D / GLP go on sale for 20% off.
I have many favorites from all blenders.

This is relative. I am light smoker (2-3 pee week), so a purchase lasts along time. So for me, my budget blend is either Carter Hall (sometimes I just want an otc) or a tin I picked up on sale online (currently Peterson Flake). Non budget blend is GH Skiff since it is never discounted.
