Abe I spent 2 hours de-stemming 1.5 lbs of Burley, lol, that included enjoying a mug of Bourbon. I was set up in fromt of the tv also as the weather was bad it made for an enjoyable afternoon.
Was that just destemming and/or also shredding?

It took me 30 mins to double shred 4 ozs of Burley. I found keeping a decent speed on the crank helps.
Next I’ll toast the Burley.

It really smoothed it out! I cased it in between pulling it out of oven and mixed up a topping for it that I sprayed on lightly.
I’ll work on VA next.
I also plan on toasting some Dark air cured Kentucky that I have.

If I remember right that is a Savinelli 305 or 605. What a badass shape. Like a Dublin crossed with the 673.

Enjoy those smokes!
