Comparison of cuts - Double Down

Double Down is the leftovers from VaBur blends. The mix is likely to vary at least a little from batch to batch.

On the left is the bag I have open now. On the right is the one that arrived today. Left contains chunks and mostly rubbed out flake as well as a lot of fish food. The right is mostly a medium chopped ribbon.

I'll post a comparison of my current DD and what gets delivered on Tuesday. What I have now is big chunks and rubbed out flakes looks like. Some fish food. I hope the new batch is more ribbon like what you got.
