How and when do you catch your Z’s? I’m talking sleep.

For work days i’m up at 6:00am to be at work at 7:15am. I go to bed at 10:00pm and am asleep by 11:00pm. Usually quicker.

For days off i’m usually up at 7:00am because that is when one of my kids wakes up. I may stay up later but I don’t usually unless theres company over.

I wish I was one of those people that could get up at 4:00am and enjoy the serenity of a quiet morning before everyone gets up.

I don’t drink coffee either, just get up and go. By the time I walk outta the bathroom in the morning i’m pretty much ready to go. I used to be in the gym 15 minutes after I woke up before I was a married man.

It depends. When I'm back at the shop like I have been lately, I'm in bed by 11:30 and up around 4:45 making coffee, packing a lunch, and getting ready for the day.

Nights when I'm not going to be at the shop I'm usually up until 2ish enjoying the quiet and up around 7 making coffee and fiddling around online / planning what to do

Typically I sleep from around 2 am to 8 am and get some fractal napping in to supplement that.

I sleep about 6 hours a night. I am adjusting my schedule to stay up later in order to wake up later, but, I move to my own rhythm, so, as Mrs. King has learned to expect, there is no predicting what I will be doing at any given hour. I am often out and about at 3:00AM.

I rarely nap. If I nap, I am probably injured and need to heal. Otherwise, as soon as I open my eyes, it is onto the next thing.

I'm in the "what's sleep" camp. I sleep about 4-4.5hrs a day and work 13-14hrs a day. I absorb caffine and nicotine like it's nothing.
